Adedayo Oladele-Ajose, J.D.

Adedayo Oladele-Ajose serves as Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of ImpowerDent SurgiCenters Inc., where he provides strategic legal leadership across all aspects of the organization’s operations. A New York native raised in Iowa, he earned his Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law. He began his legal career in personal injury law before transitioning to public service as an Assistant Attorney and prosecutor for the City of Dallas, Texas. His broad experience in both private practice and government strengthens IDSC’s commitment to ethical excellence, regulatory compliance, and mission-driven growth in service to underserved communities.
