Dr. Maxmillian Chambers, D.D.S. is the visionary founder of ImpowerDent SurgiCenters Inc. After graduating from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry and Dental Clinics and transitioning from private practice, he dedicated himself to transforming oral healthcare for underserved patients by providing high-quality care at Innercare, an FQHC in El Centro, California. He brings extensive experience in 501(c)(3) settings and champions innovation, precision, and excellence in dentistry. Dr. Chambers drives IDSC’s mission to empower providers and patients alike, shaping the future of oral health and uplifting the communities he serves. 

Kismatdeep Dhaliwal holds a Bachelor’s in Public Health from UC San Diego and an MBA from Los Angeles Pacific University. As a Co-Founder of ImpowerDent SurgiCenters Inc. and its Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, she directs the organization’s operational strategy—managing overall logistics. Drawing on her background at the Imperial County Public Health Department, Kismatdeep is dedicated to ensuring IDSC’s efficient and accessible service delivery to underserved communities. Her commitment to streamlined processes and high-quality patient experiences underpins IDSC’s goal of transforming oral healthcare in the Imperial Valley and beyond.

Dr. Arash Khorsand, D.D.S., a Los Angeles native, graduated with high honors from Boston University in 2004 (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) and completed a Maxillofacial Surgery Fellowship at Boston University Medical Center. After establishing Khorsand Dental Group in the Imperial Valley in 2005, he became a Co-Founder of ImpowerDent SurgiCenters Inc. In his role as Chief Clinical Officer and Executive Vice President, Dr. Khorsand oversees all clinical operations and clinical personnel, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and surgical excellence.

Adedayo Oladele-Ajose serves as Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of ImpowerDent SurgiCenters Inc., where he provides strategic legal leadership across all aspects of the organization’s operations. A New York native raised in Iowa, he earned his Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law. He began his legal career in personal injury law before transitioning to public service as an Assistant Attorney and prosecutor for the City of Dallas, Texas. His broad experience in both private practice and government strengthens IDSC’s commitment to ethical excellence, regulatory compliance, and mission-driven growth in service to underserved communities.

Dr. Tracy L. Finlayson is an interdisciplinary health services researcher, trained in sociology and social psychology. She earned her PhD from the University of Michigan School of Public Health in 2005, and her work has since explored the psychosocial determinants of oral health disparities and barriers to dental care among vulnerable populations. As IDSC’s Chief Advancement Officer and Senior Vice President, Dr. Finlayson oversees research funding, grant development, philanthropic initiatives, and all internal and external research projects—securing the resources and partnerships needed to transform oral health outcomes.

Diana L. Gonzales is a finance and consulting entrepreneur with over 25 years of industry experience and 11 years of business ownership. Recognized for her leadership on national boards and as a sought-after international speaker, she excels in strategic fiscal management and sustainable growth initiatives. As IDSC’s Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Diana oversees all financial operations while championing philanthropy and community impact. Her vision and expertise ensure IDSC remains financially sound, enabling the expansion of high-quality specialized dental care.
